A lady identified as Joy Akatugba now lives on the streets of Sapele, Delta State in pathetic condition after she was allegedly accused of witchcraft, brutally beaten by soldiers and left to die. According to Facebook user, Yome Gold, she came across the lady sprawled on the road on Wednesday, December 27. Read below: "A quick report on Joy Akatugba. I met this lady yesterday afternoon. And no she is not mentally deranged as she speaks fine and identified herself. She is a victim of society wickedness. Accused of witchcraft, beaten to pulp ( by #soldiers) till there was no strength in her and left to die on the road. Please I crave the good minds of well-meaning Nigerians resident in Warri, Effurun, Ekpan and environs to do something to help this lady. God bless."
